Application for Requesting a Wild Wood Acre Schnoodle Pup

When filling out this application please be honest with each question as it pertains to best matching a pup with you or
your family. Our waiting list goes in the order deposits are received, once approved your deposit must be here with in 3 weeks or you 
may loose your spot to another family and then have to reapply.

9. Will the pup be alone during the day?
10. If yes then for how long and is there someone that comes home at lunch?
11. What type of home do you live in? (Apartment, condo, rent .etc.)
12. Do you have a fenced yard?
13.  If not how will you house train your pup?
14. Do you have a pool and if so is it secured with a fence?
15. Who will walk and look after the dog?
16. Have you ever owned a dog or do you have one now? If you have one now tell me a little about its personality and
 how it reacts with other dogs.
17. Have you read information about the schnoodle? 
18. Do you plan to take your pup to puppy school or other training schools in the future?
19. Do you want a pup to come to your home at a certain time of the season?
20. Tell me about your activity level; let me know anything that will give me an understanding as to what pup would best suit your family.
21. Describe what qualities you hope to get in a dog.
22. Do you have gender preference or a certain color you are hoping for in a puppy?
23. We set an agreement before purchase that all our pups be fixed (neutered or spayed by 6 months or our guarantee is void without 
proof of doing so,

24. (Full tails require a deposit of $250 before the pups are born.) Do you want a docked tail or a natural full tail? 
25. Are you willing to send a $100 non-refundable deposit or for families wanting a full tail the deposit is $250?
26. Do you understand that the wait for the right pup can take from 2 months to a year?
27. Will you be picking your pup up, needing flight plans, delivery to the airport or do you request us to drive part way to meet you?
28. If in the future you can no longer keep your schnoodle pup what would become of it?
29. If you are requesting flight plans then we need to know where the closest 3 airports are that you will be willing to drive to.

We also are willing to meet you part way for a fee of .35c a Km to bring you your puppy. Travel distance can vary if we
have a litter at home to care for.
Flight plans are a set date and time but we give notice of the flight dates when the pups are a week old or sooner if
requested. Times for flights are given a week to ten days before your pup will arrive. We set one time for all pups in a
litter. This way there is no stress on 1 pup left behind. We will kennel a pup if our pick up time is not feasible for you but there 
will be a $15 dollar charge a day.
Pups also are to be paid in full by the age of 5 weeks. This is so we are sure all monies owing are in and checks have cleared
so we can start planning our travel arrangements
